Riley is a graduate of the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University. Her desire to practice family law began during a four-month placement with a boutique law firm in her final year of law school. After graduating in 2023, she continued as a student-at-law at a family law firm until she was called to the Bar in 2024.

Throughout law school, Riley gained diverse experience, interning at a criminal law firm in New York and a real estate law firm, before ultimately deciding to practice family law.

Growing up, Riley was a competitive figure skater, competing as a singles figure skater and on a synchronized figure skating team. Outside of her professional life, Riley enjoys staying active, skating, and spending time with family and friends.
